Working principle of the Stainless steel ball valve: The workers can rotate the stem to open or closed the valves. the rotation angle of this forged ball valve can be 90°,so we can open or close the valve in short time, this type of ball valves can make to full bore and reduced bore.sealing performance of the forged ball valve is very good and convenience to repair.the highest pressure can reach to 900LB and the biggest size can reach to 20".so scope of application is very broad,it apply to oil ,chemical and natural gas.

All of our ball valve are fire safety design.we usually use the PTFE as a seat, the PTFE seat will melt and the medium will through the valve leakage out when the fire happened,so we need make a meatal seat installed in the back of the PTFE seat, the metal seat can continue to seal when the PTFE seat melting.

4. All of our ball valve can installation of electric actuators and pneumatic actuators

The top flange of the ball valve designed to ISO5211,which is convenient for connection and exchange of various drivers,the common driving types are manual, electrical, pneumatic and pneumatic/ hydraulic.
